Is Bivis a manufacturer?
Yes, it is. Bivis has produced lab grown gems since 2017, when there was very little supply in the marketplace.
How many craftsmen do Bivis have?
We have five craftsmen. Also, we outsource some simple processes to other skillful craftsmen during the peak season to ensure short lead time.
What quality does Bivis supply?
All the gemstones we supply are AAA quality, and each is inspected by a 15X loupe.
How does Bivis produce the gemstones?
Bivis uses hand-operated machines to facet and polish those bigger than 2mm. And those smaller than 3mm with large quantities will be produced by automatic machines.
How does Bivis ensure the quality?
All the gemstones are cut precisely to ensure the best brilliance and synthetic, which will lose 80% of weight. A 15X loupe will inspect each facet during the faceting and polishing processes. Those downgraded will be used to modify to a smaller size.
Does Bivis accept small orders?
Sure, small orders are welcomed as well.
Does Bivis accept customized orders?
Yes, Bivis has a team to make these challenging orders.
What is the lead time?
Most common sizes are in stock, and their lead time will be 1-3 days. If they are out of stock or customized orders, their lead time will be 5-7 days.
What is the payment?
At the beginning, we will offer a 30% deposit and a 70% balance before shipment. We can offer O/A for some important clients.
What is the guarantee?
The free exchange is available for all our gemstones if they have quality issues.
Does Bivis supply other imitation gemstones?
Yes, such as flame fusion corundum, small natural gemstones, nano, and glass, etc.
Are the colors of lab grown gem consistent?
Yes, they are. We are full of experience using the lab grown roughs because they aren’t usually consistent.
Are the lab grown gems with or without inclusions and
fractures ?
They can be customized like you asked.
Are the lab grown gems short-weight?
No, all the gems are cut in standard depth.
Is the shipping cost included?
No, you will be charged the shipping cost. If you have an express account, it will be freight collect.
Which companies does Bivis supply?
Bivis does supply to some famous companies, but they are confidential, and we can’t disclose them without a permit.
